Log into the Scrively Web App. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Select "Billing."

Click on "Downgrade."

We’d really appreciate any feedback you can share about why you’re cancelling, as it helps us improve the overall experience.

The subscription will remain active for the duration of the billing period.

Click on "Confirm Cancellation."

We’ll confirm your access through the end of your current billing period.

Your billing page will update to display the pending cancellation status.

You’ll receive a confirmation email. We hope to see you again in the future!
