When you open the Dashboard tab, the onboarding tutorial will automatically begin. The tour walks you through the main features and book-creation options. You can skip the tour at any time if you prefer to explore on your own.
Choose How You Want to Create Your Book
Scrively offers several ways to create a book, so you can choose the option that best fits your idea:

Quick Kid Book – Create a fun, personalized children’s book quickly with just a few simple details.

Create Your Own Story – Get full creative freedom. Describe your idea, characters, and story, and Scrively will help bring your vision to life from scratch.

Story Library – Browse hundreds of ready-made stories. Use a book as-is or personalize it by replacing the characters with your own.

Upload a Story – Already have a story written? Upload it to turn your existing story into a personalized book.

From a Drawing – Start with your child’s artwork and turn their drawing into the inspiration for a unique storybook.

Coloring Book – Create a fun, personalized coloring book designed around your child and their interests.
Starting with a "Quick Kid Book" you'll have the option to upload or drag a child's photo into the modal.
Give the child a name.
The child will be identified based on the uploaded image or you can manually change it.
Want to select the art style? Click on "Change."
Browse through the list of available art styles.
⚠️ The free book includes one style. One-time purchases include one style in each category. The Plus plan includes three styles per category, while the Pro plan unlocks all styles.
Hover over the art style to reveal and click on the enlarge tool.
Once selected, you’ll see a full-size preview of the art style.
When you're ready select the art style and click on "Continue."
Then, click on "Create My Book" to add the story details.
