How to Turn a Storybook into a Coloring Book in Scrively
Scrively makes it easy to transform a storybook into a fun, interactive coloring book. With a few simple steps, you can convert your story into black-and-white illustrations designed for coloring, creating an engaging experience that brings your content to life in a new way. Head over to the "My Library" tab. Click on "Coloring" for the storybook that you'd like to convert. Choose either "Images Only" or "Images & Text." The book will appear at the top of your list while it is being converted into a coloring book. If you change your mind, click “Cancel” in the top-right corner. Click on “Edit pages and text” on the right side of the coloring book to open and review it in the editor. The coloring book will open in the editor.
Creating Coloring Books with ColorBurst
ColorBurst makes it easy to turn ideas into engaging coloring books with just a few steps. From selecting a template to customizing characters and scenes, you can quickly build printable, ready-to-use coloring books designed for creativity and fun. From the Dashboard click on "Create a Coloring Book." Set the number of pages for the coloring book. ⚠️ The Starter plan includes up to 15 pages. One-time purchases and the Plus plan includes up to 30 pages, while the Pro plan unlocks up to 50 pages. You can either write your own coloring book description. Or click on the page-by-page breakdown option. Enter each coloring page description on a separate line within the Description field. Need more space? Use the expand and collapse tool on the bottom right of the description field. When using the Page-by-Page Description option, the page count will automatically update to match the number of page descriptions entered. Next, give your coloring book a title or choose from the provided titles. Or choose from the provided titles. Need fresh ideas? Click on "More title ideas." Select a content mode: Captions & Images or Images Only, depending on whether you want your coloring book to include both written content and visuals or visuals alone. Select your "Age Group." Choose your drawing style ⚠️ The Starter plan includes one style. One-time purchases include one style in each category. The Plus plan includes three styles per category, while the Pro plan unlocks all styles. Browser through the available categories and styles. Hover over the drawing style to reveal and click on the enlarge tool. Once selected, you’ll see a full-size preview of the drawing style. Click on "Continue." Click on "Continue." How to Add Characters to Your Coloring Book
Adding characters to your coloring book helps create a more engaging and consistent experience for youn readers. Whether you’re creating a book around animals, people, fantasy creatures, or custom characters, you can define the characters you want to appear throughout the book and use them across multiple pages. This makes it easier to maintain a cohesive theme and gives your coloring book a unique personality. After describing your coloring book, you’ll be presented with two character creation options. The first, “Let AI Design the Book,” allows the AI to automatically create characters that fit your coloring book’s theme and incorporate them throughout the pages. The second option, “Add Characters,” allows you to customize the characters featured in your coloring book. You can create new characters from scratch or choose from characters you’ve previously saved in your Character Library. To manually create characters, click on "Add a Character."
