Scrively Pro users may purchase commercial rights for individual books created using the Software. These rights are optional and are governed by a separate Commercial Rights Policy. Each commercial rights purchase applies only to the specific book it is associated with and does not carry over to other books or content. Is the fee for Scrively Studio a one-time payment or a subscription?

Scrively Studio gives you powerful tools to create and customize your interactive books with ease. You can access Studio in two ways: - One-Time Purchase – Includes Studio for up to 5 books, giving you full access to advanced creation tools for a limited number of projects. - Pro Subscription – Studio is included with your active Pro membership, allowing you to create and customize 25 books as part of your plan.

What is Magic Brush?

Magic Brush gives you additional control over your book’s illustrations and avatars by allowing you to regenerate or edit images until they look just right. Each avatar and page illustration includes 2 free successful regenerations or edits. If you’d like to continue refining your artwork beyond those included attempts, you can purchase Magic Brush credits. Credits can also be purchased at any time and are shared across all of your books. When purchasing Magic Brush credits, you'll be shown the purchase details before completing your order. Review the information, then click "Confirm Purchase" to proceed and add the credits to your account.

Yes. Scrively Pro users may purchase commercial rights for individual books. This allows you to sell and distribute that specific book created using the platform, including publishing on platforms or using it for educational or business purposes, in line with our Terms of Service. Commercial rights are granted per book and do not extend to other books in your account.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Why Books Can’t Be Deleted?

Books cannot be deleted once created, as each book generated counts toward your monthly allowance or one-time purchase allocation. This ensures accurate tracking of usage across all plans, including Free, Plus, Pro, and one-time purchase options.

During peak periods or high-demand seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended. Shipping Options For orders placed through the Scrively Web App, you can choose from five shipping methods at checkout: - Standard Mail: 7–14 business days - Priority Mail: 5–9 business days - Ground: 5–7 business days - Expedited: 3–5 business days - Express: 1–3 business days Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are automatically calculated based on your order details and location. The spine is generated automatically. It will display vertically from top to bottom, similar to a US-printed book. By default, the spine includes the Scrively logo, which Plus and Pro users can toggle off. We’re working on future updates that will give you more visual control over spine customization.

Understanding Your Book Order Status: What Each Stage Means

When you place an order for a book, it can go through several stages before it arrives at your doorstep. Understanding each order status helps you know exactly where your book is in the process and what to expect next. Preparing: Your order has been received and our in-house printing service is reviewing the details and getting everything ready for shipment. No action is required on your part. Shipped: Your book is on the way! Once shipped, you can view and track your package using the tracking link provided. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method which you can learn more about here. Canceled: Your order has been canceled and will not be processed or shipped. This may be due to a manual cancellation by the user, the order being rejected, or our Story Guides cancelling it for a specific reason, which will be communicated to you. Delivered: Your book has successfully arrived at the address you provided. If you didn’t receive your package or notice any issues, please reach out so we can assist you right away.

Hardcover (Case Wrap) Supported page range: 24–50 pages A durable hardcover book where the cover design is printed directly onto the hard exterior. This format offers a premium, professional finish and is ideal for keepsakes, gifts, and high-quality storybooks. Best for: - Children’s storybooks - Gift books - Premium or collectible books Paperback (Perfect Bound) Supported page range: 32–50 pages A softcover book with a professionally glued spine, similar to books found in bookstores. This is a lightweight and flexible option while still maintaining a polished look. It's super simple and straightforward. Heck, even your kids, themselves, can craft books!

Are Scrively illustrations unique for each story?

Can I use Scrively offline?

Scrively requires an internet connection to run and does not currently support offline use.
