  • Gift books

  • Premium or collectible books

Paperback (Perfect Bound)

Supported page range: 32–50 pages

A softcover book with a professionally glued spine, similar to books found in bookstores. This is a lightweight and flexible option while still maintaining a polished look.

Best for:

  • Standard storybooks

  • Novels or narrative books

  • General reading material

Coil Bound

Supported page range: 2–50 pages

A spiral-bound format that allows pages to lay completely flat when open. This makes it especially useful for hands-on or interactive content.

Best for:

  • Activity books

  • Workbooks

  • Journals

  • Educational materials

Saddle Stitch (Stapled Booklet)

Supported page range: 4–48 pages

Pages are folded and stapled along the center fold. This is a simple and lightweight binding option designed for shorter books and booklets.

  • Short stories

  • Booklets and brochures

  • Simple activity books

Coloring Books

Binding type: Saddle Stitch (Stapled Booklet)
Size: 8.5” × 11”
Page range: 4–48 pages

Coloring books are produced in a saddle stitch format to keep them lightweight and easy to handle, especially for children. The 8.5” × 11” size provides ample space for illustrations.

Choosing the Right Binding

When selecting a binding option, consider:

  • Page count of your book

  • How the book will be used (reading, gifting, activities, coloring)

  • Whether you want a premium hardcover or flexible softbound format
