How refunds work at Scrively
Scrively offers a 30-day money-back guarantee so you can try the service and decide whether itâs right for you. If youâre not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days by contacting support@scrively.com with your order details. For eligible refund requests, weâll issue a 100% refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. Our Refund Guarantee Our 30-day money-back guarantee is intended to give customers an opportunity to evaluate Scrively in good faith. It is not intended to allow customers to obtain a substantial amount of finished work or other generated content and then request a full refund. Because of this, we may deny, limit, or prorate a refund request when account activity indicates misuse or abuse of the refund policy. This may include: - Creating or generating a substantial number of books, pages, images, files, or other content before requesting a refund - Exporting or downloading a substantial amount of generated content - Printing, selling, publishing, or otherwise using a substantial amount of content created through Scrively - Repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds - Attempting to bypass plan limits or the Fair Use Policy - Otherwise using the service in a manner that is inconsistent with a good-faith trial In other words, the 30-day guarantee is designed to let you try Scrively, not to obtain substantial finished work and then request a full refund.
What happens when I cancel my Scrively account?

Once your billing period ends, your account will automatically switch to the free plan.
