Scrively and Amazon Paperback books work together through PublisherPad. Scrively handles the preparation of your book files and seller information, while Amazon KDP is where you review your listing, set pricing, and complete the publishing process.
Navigate to the "My Library" tab

Click on "PublisherPad."

At the top click on the "Paperback" tab.

We provide step-by-step instructions for the Amazon KDP setup including applicable links.

Click on "Open Amazon KDP" to log into your account then, choose Create > Paperback.

On the right side you will see all of the details needed to copy directly into Amazon KDP. Copy the title, author name, and keywords into the Amazon KDP publishing portal. Select the appropriate language and category from the available KDP menu options. Be sure to choose the 8.5” x 8.5” trim size when setting up your book.

Download the "Paperback Interior PDF."

Scrively will always check and prepare the latest paperback files for uploading. Upload the paperback manuscript in Amazon KDP.

Download the "Full Cover PDF" and upload it as the paperback cover in Amazon KDP. Once uploaded, you can use Amazon’s previewer to review the entire book before continuing with the publishing process. Amazon KDP may also provide additional options that you can select based on your specific publishing needs.

You also have the option to open the preview PDF if needed.
