Managing your book orders in Scrively is simple and convenient.
Click on your avatar at the top right side of the Homepage.
Go to "My orders."
In the "My Orders" view, you’ll find detailed information about your orders, including the order number, cover image, book title, quantity ordered, credits used, order status, order ID, and the date/time the order was placed.
To view more detailed information about an order, click "Details" on the right side of each entry.
In this view, you’ll find additional information about your order, including its tracking status and other key details.
Scrively provides a one-hour window to cancel your order after it’s been placed. Once that time has passed, cancellations are no longer possible.
