Scrively AI makes it easy with ready-made templates designed to kickstart your story. Whether you’re writing a children’s book, a sci-fi adventure, or a historical drama, choosing a template helps you establish structure, tone, and pacing right from the start.
Click the “Templates” dropdown to browse and select the perfect template to shape your story.
All available templates will be displayed in a preview layout, with your currently selected template clearly highlighted for easy reference.
The templates available to you depend on your current plan. Upgrade to PRO to unlock full access to all template options.
Use the "Search" field to find templates by category.
Click on the “Favorites” tab to browse and select from the templates you’ve marked as favorites.
Alternatively, click into each category to view available templates.
Hover over the template to "Preview" or "Use Template."
Clicking on "Preview" gives you a more in depth look at the template.
If you like the template in the preview modal click on "Use Template" to apply it to your story.
The selected template will be displayed on the right side in the story builder.
Next, select your book's dimension.
Standard plan users will have access to one option, while Pro users can choose from all four.
Then, choose your "Illustration style."
Browse through the available illustration styles and choose the one that best fits your story.
