Scrively AI makes it easy with ready-made templates designed to kickstart your story. Whether you’re writing a children’s book, a sci-fi adventure, or a historical drama, choosing a template helps you establish structure, tone, and pacing right from the start.
Click the “Templates” dropdown to browse and select the perfect template to shape your story.
All available templates will be displayed with a scrollable preview of the selected template shown on the right-hand side.
The templates available to you depend on your current plan. Upgrade to PRO to unlock full access to all template options.
Click on the “Favorites” tab to browse and select from the templates you’ve marked as favorites.
Alternatively, click into each category to view available templates.
If you like the template in the preview modal click on "Use Template" to apply it to your story.
The selected template will be displayed on the right side in the story builder.
Next, select your book's dimension.
Standard plan users have access to one option, while Pro users can choose from all four options. Each one will have a brief description of what its commonly used for.
A preview of the selected dimension will be shown on the left and right hand side.
Click on "Select Dimension."
Then, choose your "Illustration style."
Browse through the available illustration styles and choose the one that best fits your story.
The illustration styles available to you depend on your current plan. Upgrade to PRO to unlock full access to all illustration styles.
After selecting your template, book dimensions, and illustration style, your selections will be displayed on the right-hand side.
