Once you place an order for a printed book through Scrively, production and shipping times may vary based on your order quantity, delivery location, and the shipping method selected. During peak periods or high-demand seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Web App Shipping Options
For orders placed through the Scrively Web App, you can choose from five shipping methods at checkout:
Standard Mail: 7–14 business days
Priority Mail: 5–9 business days
Ground: 5–7 business days
Expedited: 3–5 business days
Express: 1–3 business days
Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are automatically calculated based on your order details and location.
Desktop Legacy App Shipping Options
For users on the Desktop Legacy App, we currently offer two shipping methods:
Mail (Free):
Delivery typically takes up to 14 business days within the United States. International orders generally arrive within 14–26 business days.
Priority Shipping:
Faster delivery options are available, with rates and timelines calculated at checkout based on your location.
Additional Notes
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or peak seasonal demand. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the in-app order status will be updated with tracking details.
