Set the perfect mood for your story with background music. From soft, calming melodies to lively, upbeat tunes, music can enhance emotion and bring each page to life.
In the "Studio" tab, select the book you want to add music to.
Navigate to the "Music" tab.
Click the "Background music" dropdown to select your background music.
Use the Search field to locate a specific style of music.
Search for music by category.
Scroll through the list to explore the available background music and find the one that fits your story best.
Click the play icon to listen to a preview of the selected background music.
If needed, you can stop the current background music preview.
The selected background music will be highlighted and displayed in the dropdown field.
If needed, adjust the volume and fade/in out settings, then preview the background music with your changes applied.
Click the music icon to mute or unmute the sound as needed.
When you’re happy with the background music, click "Save without publishing."
Save without publishing: This saves your work in your account but does not make it visible to anyone else. It's perfect for drafts or when you want to refine your book before sharing it. Save and publish: This saves your work and makes it live so your audience can view or access it. Use this when your book is ready to be shared with readers.
To remove music from your book, simply deselect it from the list. The dropdown will reset to the default setting of no music.
