Reading Books from Your Bookshelf

Readers can dive into your published books directly from your Bookshelf. Every book is just a click away, complete with interactive elements for a rich reading experience.


When readers hover over a book on your Bookshelf, the “Read Book” option will appear.



Clicking “Read Book” opens the story in a two-page full view for an immersive reading experience.



Readers can click the “Back” button at the top left to return to the Bookshelf anytime.



The book’s title appears centered at the top of the reader’s view.



On the far right side, there’s an option to copy a direct link to the book for easy sharing with others.



The book’s content appears in the center of the interactive reading modal, beginning with the title page when the double-page layout is enabled. Learn more about configuring book settings here.



Use the left and right arrows to navigate manually through the book’s pages at your own pace.



Click the play button to start listening to the story’s narration.



Want to take a break? Click the pause button to stop the narration anytime.



As the story plays, the progress bar moves along to show how far you’ve read or listened.



On the bottom right, you can see the current page number alongside the total number of pages in the book.



Click the volume icon to adjust the audio level if voiceover is added to the book.



Click the music icon to adjust the background music volume if added to the book.



On the far right, you can choose to view the book in full-screen mode for an immersive experience.



Here’s how the story will appear when viewed in full-screen mode.



On the bottom left, click on “Pages” to view a page overview or navigate quickly.



Click on any page thumbnail to quickly navigate. The selected page will be highlighted. Scroll left or right to browse through more pages.



Click on “Pages” to minimize the thumbnails view.
