Our Story Guide team is readily accessible to assist you with any questions or concerns. You may reach out through email at support@scrively.com, submit a ticket through our support portal at support.scrively.com, or chat with us using Live Chat.


We strive to deliver outstanding support and aim to get back to you within 24 hours after reviewing your ticket requests.


To contact our Story Guides, click the "Chat" icon in the top-right corner of the app. A chat window will open at the bottom right where you can send us a message and connect with our team.



Alternatively, head over to our Help Desk. Click on "Ask for Help" to submit a support ticket.



Please add your email address, a subject, select your Storyteller Adventure Level, and provide as much details as possible about your issue, including any relevant attachments and screenshots, to help expedite your request.



OR click on the Live Chat icon at the bottom right-hand side of the Help Desk to contact our Story Guides.



Please include your name, email address and select your Storyteller Adventure Level to start the chat.



Within the chat modal, you'll have the option to choose between "Purchases & Plans" and "Story Help" based on your specific issue.
