How to downgrade your plan

You can downgrade at any time directly within the Web App. If there’s anything we may be able to help with before you make that decision, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Story Guides. We’d be happy to take a look and see what we can do.


Log into the Scrively Web App. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.



Select "Billing."  



Click on "Downgrade."


 

Confirm the downgrade.



The subscription will be downgraded to the selected plan.
