A book order may be rejected by our in-house printing service if there are issues such as missing information or formatting conflicts. If this occurs, you’ll receive an email explaining the reason. Please contact our Customer Experience team and share a full-view screenshot of the email so we can help resolve the issue and guide you through placing a new order.
