Delete pages as a Bulk Action

Hi, there!

Scrively generated more pages than necessary because spread the story one line per page. I reorganized the text into paragraphs and I have to manually delete more than 40 pages one at the time. It would be a good addition to select all the extra pages and delete them all at once.
